Shipping will take (excluding Holidays):
3-7 days United States (14 being the max) $5.50 under 2lbs
7-21 days International including South America $12 under 2lbs

*International orders: we are not responsible for custom, taxes, duties and tariffs. Unfortunately we have no control over that, it all deals with laws and regulations in your respective country.
*Holiday Return Policy Starting Nov 1, 2013-Jan 1, 2013 All purchases can be retuned and exchanged as long as its between the dates stated above. Thank you for your business and happy holidays!
We are more than happy to do returns, All exchanges can only be done 7 days after delivery, please contact us within 7 days.
For returns/refunds due to incorrect order please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
All items must be returned with original bagging, packing slip and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if we believe the items purchased are damaged, have been worn or have been misused.
Fresh-tops is not responsible for shipping return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable.
All accessories such as iphone cases, hats , intimates, bathing suites, jewelry, backpacks and sale items are final sale.
Return Process: Once we have received the return and it is approved, your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email with the address from when the order was placed. Please note that your banking or credit card company may take longer to process the refund and to contact them regarding any pending transaction. It may take up to 5-7 business days once they’ve received the information from us.
