Fedex international orders?
You may be charged extra by customs for international orders.

I ordered my item X days ago, when will it arrive?

Before contacting us to ask about delivery of an order, please allow up to 3-14 days in the US and 28 days for Europe and Rest of World.

Sometimes products go out of stock very fast so we keep them available online for you to purchase while more inventory is made.

Its been over the stated time, and my items still haven't arrived?

A.  We issue tracking numbers to all our customers US domestic customers as soon as we ship.  If you did not receive your package please call USPS at 800-275-8777, give them your tracking number and they will resolve the issue for you.  


B.  Please contact us and state your order number, and the items that haven't arrived, and we'll get straight on it! If you only email us with 'my order hasn't arrived, how come', we can't really help unless you state your order number.

When are you getting X item back in stock?

We are constantly restocking, and then selling out - so please use the information on the website, and leave your email, to get notified when a particular product comes back into stock.
We are restocking everything, as well as adding many new items.


May I change my item, I've ordered the wrong this and/or the wrong size!?

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days after delivery.

I've received an incorrect item?

Every effort is made to keep errors to a minimum and therefore stock is carefully inspected prior to despatch, but unfortunately mistakes do happen from time-to-time. Please return the incorrect item to the return address with a note inside explaining the situation and we will expedite your item to asap.

I need to return an item?

We do not allow returns only exchanges. As long as the item is unworn and in a resalable condition, we will be happy to exchange for another size.

Please write a small note enclosed in your delivery, ensuring your name and address and any other necessary information is included. Please return the item to us within 7 days after delivery.

Freshtops cannot be held accountable for loss of incoming mail, so it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us safely. Generally our customers return parcels using Royal Mail's 1st or 2nd class service; please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting if you decide to use either. For your piece of mind we recommend that you return your parcel using a service with a tracking number (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).


Can I model or work for Fresh-Tops?

We only hire models from modeling agencies.

When will the next Fresh-Tops party be?

Once we gain 100k followers on tumblr like wise for twitter and around the same for facebook we will throw everybody a HUGE fresh-tops party in Los Angeles so tell all of your friends.
